The friendly and helpful staff were eager to please. The room was warm and comfortable, breakfast very satisfactory and -- an unexpected bonus -- there's a pleasant pub ('The Bee's Knees') just around the corner.

Very comfortable and close to where we needed to be. Friendly and helpful chef and felt comfortable and helped even though minimal staff on duty. A very nice place to stay.

Enjoyed my stay at this place conveniently located near the town center and the grounds of a trucking company.

We were very pleased with our stay here. We liked the self service breakfast - no waiting, and you could have as much as you liked - lovely bacon! Yes, it is a Mitsubishi taining site and is situated in a lorry park, but this was not at all intrusive, and meant there was 24 hour security in the car park. However, if I had to choose one thing, it would be the relaxed atmosphere and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff - makes all the difference when you are away.
Although the hotel is not on a main road, there is a busy road nearby which is quite noisy

Had good stay for somewhere in town with excellent staff and ideal location to choose from for a decent nightlife. The breakfast available was plentiful and enjoyable with the coffee machine. No complaint, I enjoyed the weekend.

The room carpet looked as if it needed a good clean as there was about an inch of black dirt along the edge of the carpet under the skirting board, the bed was absolutely unsleepable, the matress springs were totally flat in the middle of the bed, when I complained, I was told they had never had any complaint about the matress in room 112 before (yeah right) I was not even offered another room I had to insist that I was placed into another room, there are no refrigerators in the room as stated, the bar closes at 9pm if it opens at all, the pint I had (well I could only stomach 1/2) was either off or the glass had not been rinsed correctly, you cannot smoke in the grounds, you have to leave the mitsubishi complex in order to have a cigarette, even though there are tables outside (why?), I did not dare try the food or the breakfast even though this was thrown in for free, the bathroom taps are somewhat unconventional the cold water tap does not turn the cold water on, the hot water tap controls the water flow with the cold tap controling the heat again why?, This is by no means a 4 star it would be hard to even describe this as a 2 star, hostel or travel lodge (sorry thats an insult to Travel lodge) back packer hostel would be suitable, would not recommend to my dog!

Secure car parking, and the security guard very helpful and friendly.
No staff in the building to answer any questions, and limited breakfast time,we missed out on breakfast as we had to leave at 8am and breakfast not served until 9am.Other places usually serve breakfast from 7am even on a Sunday.

The location is a bit strange, being located within a secure business park.

Clean & well furnished room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent site security.
The bathroom had no bath, only a shower. This is not clear from the information on the website. Also there was a noisy electric motor somewhere close by which kept turning on & off throughout the night. This woke me up.
